Switching to annual billing consolidates 12 months into a single invoice with a 15% discount.
Tax & Compliance
All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. For European business customers (VAT-registered academies), reverse-charge mechanisms are applied automatically during checkout.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your dashboard. Access to technical training engines will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
We do not offer partial refunds for unused days within a billing cycle. This policy ensures the integrity of our high-availability infrastructure for all users.
For Academy contracts, cancellation notice periods are defined within your specific service level agreement (SLA).
Need to pause your training? You can freeze your account for up to 90 days to preserve your study progress without active billing.
