We collect information necessary to provide a professional aviation training experience. This includes identity data (name, email), training logs (exam results, study time), and technical telemetry (device type, browser version).
Mobile App Specifics
The SkyGround mobile app (iOS/Android) collects precise synchronization data to ensure your study progress is consistent across platforms. This includes offline storage identifiers, push notification tokens for study reminders, and background sync logs.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used primarily to calculate 'Readiness Scores' and generate performance analytics. We do not sell your personal training data to third parties. Anonymized class-level data may be shared with your associated Flight Academy if you are enrolled in an institutional plan.

SkyGround Systems ASA is fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the right to access, rectify, or delete your data at any time through your account settings or by contacting our Data Protection Officer.
Institutional Data Sharing
If your account was provided by a Flight Academy (ATO/DTO), they have access to your training metrics (Progress, Readiness Score, Exam History) as part of their regulatory oversight obligations under Part-FCL. They do NOT have access to your private billing information.
